Hello, I’m Vincent Russo, and I’m proud to serve the beautiful Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts, including Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden counties. I specialize in the communities along the Route 5/10 & 91 Corridor, which runs through the heart of the Valley. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, I’m here to guide you with local expertise and a commitment to your needs.

 

Born in Holyoke, I’m a lifelong New Englander with deep roots in the area. Much of my family still lives nearby, and I’m proud to call South Deerfield home. Situated between Greenfield in Franklin County and Northampton in Hampshire County, our town is also known as the home of Yankee Candle's flagship store. My husband of nearly 40 years and I live on a peaceful homestead with our two dogs, surrounded by nature—otters, herons, egrets, and turtles frequently visit our pond.

 

For me, real estate is about building relationships based on trust, respect, and understanding. These values are at the core of my practice, and I bring them into every transaction. Recently, I joined EXIT New Options Real Estate to enhance my ability to provide clients with the most up-to-date market data, cutting-edge technology, and expert negotiation skills. I believe this combination of resources allows me to offer a level of service that truly benefits my clients.

 

My journey into real estate began in 2018 when I obtained my Massachusetts real estate license. Initially, I wanted to help friends and family with their real estate needs, but I quickly recognized a broader need in underserved communities, especially for first-time homeowners. In 2020, I expanded my practice by obtaining my New Hampshire license, followed by my Georgia license in 2021, allowing me to better serve a wider range of clients.

 

Education and advocacy have always been central to my work. In January of 2020, I became one of the first agents in my office to earn the At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certification through the National Association of Realtors. In June of the same year, I became a founding member of both the RealPride Network and the Massachusetts chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. These organizations focus on raising awareness about diversity, inclusion, and the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals when pursuing homeownership. I also served on the state board of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, amplifying the voices of underrepresented communities.

 

In recognition of my efforts, I was honored in 2022 with the Agent of Distinction Award for my work promoting diversity at Keller Williams. Additionally, I hold the SRES® designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, a certification I earned in February 2024 after completing specialized training to assist seniors in making informed real estate decisions.

 

As my real estate practice has grown, my passion for helping underrepresented communities has deepened. I now focus on assisting people who feel unsafe in their current environments, helping them find more comfortable and secure communities here in New England, particularly in Massachusetts. I firmly believe that homeownership is one of the most powerful ways to build financial security, generational wealth, and community stability.
